Shipping costs and options

 

We offer shipping services to almost anywhere in the world. Please remember that orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt and, therefore, two (2) business days should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your shipping choice.
Please note that any delays once a shipment has left our warehouse, or damaged, lost, or stolen packages, are the responsibility of the carrier. 

 

Free Shipping Information

 

Orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Orders that have selected free shipping will be sent using the FedEx Ground service.

 

 

Shipping Rates and Times

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • East Coast: 1-3 business days (3-5 days from order date)
  • West Coast: 3-5 business days (5-7 days from order date)

 

FedEx 2-Day

 

Guaranteed to be delivered within two business days of the shipment date if ordered by 1:00PM (Eastern).

Note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose a non-PO Box address. Choosing FedEx for PO Boxes may result in a processing delay or a rejected delivery.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Continental US: 2 business days from day shipped (3-4 business days from order date)

 

FedEx Overnight

 

Guaranteed to be delivered within one business day of the shipment date if ordered by 1:00PM (Eastern).

Note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Overnight is not an option for PO Boxes at this time.

APO/FPO

 

Kangol ships to US Military addresses. If you are shipping to a PO box or a Military APO/FPO destination, please use USPS. Please select United States as your country, and the appropriate Armed Forces region as your state.

 

Alaska & Hawaii

 

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii using FedEx 2-Day mail only. Please note that due to this, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in these states.

 

US Territories

 

We ship to US Territories using United States Postal Service Priority Mail only.

 

Canada

Canadian Orders and NAFTA

Most goods and products individuals import into Canada are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of five percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied.

You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.

 

In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and British Columbia), you'll be charged the HST, rather than separate GST and provincial sales tax.

 

Because of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canadians do not have to pay duty on most American and Mexican manufactured items. But be careful. Just because you buy an item from a U.S. store does not mean it was made in the United States. It's quite possible it was imported into the United States first and, if so, you may be charged duty when it comes into Canada.

Other International Shipping

 

We will ship almost anywhere in the world. All transactions are in US Dollars. Please check currency converter if needed. If for some reason we can’t get it to you, we will notify you. Duties and taxes are not yet included in the cost of shipping. It is also possible for a third party to be responsible for duty and/or tax fees. Custom officials of the importing country assess duties and taxes based on the information provided on the air waybill, the commercial invoice or other relevant documents related to the shipment.

 

 

Returns Information

 

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of ship. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 30 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please go to https://kangol.com/apps/returns
    • Enter your order# and email
    • Follow the prompts to select the product, the reason and how to return your item(s).
  • Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent and enclose your printed RMA Packing Slip.
  • If you are shipping back in the Continental U.S. and have received a prepaid return label, please affix the label to the package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
  • If you are shipping back from outside the Continental U.S., please take to your carrier of choice and mail back to:

  • A $9.99 return fee will be subtracted from your refund. This fee covers shipping and restocking of your return. Since customers outside of the US pay their own shipping, this fee will be waived.
  • While we process the refund at the time of return, please note, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Kangol.com does not accept returns from other retailers. If you need to return a Kangol hat purchased from another retailer, please make the return there.
